Stingers' New Home!!

Hello Sacramento Lacrosse Families,

In the coming weeks, we will be launching the NEW Home on the internet for Sacramento Lacrosse. We have changed vendors to host our web presence for several reasons, but the most important reason is to increase the ease of communication with you, the families.

The new website is actually a team management system that will allow Sacramento Lacrosse to be more nimble now and in the future. There are several excellent features that you will enjoy on the new platform that include:

• An easy to use team app similar to TeamSnap

   o See schedules at a glance for you whole family

   o Communicate with coaches without having to log in and/or email

   o A chat feature that allows parent/players to communicate with each other

• Easy Registration

   o The website integrates with USA Lacrosse, so no more looking up numbers

• Automatic recurring payments

• A modern design that is easy to navigate. Everything is 2 clicks away

• The ability to sync Stingers' schedules to iCal, Outlook, etc.

   o Anytime there are schedule updates, they will sync automatically with you calendar

All of the above convenience does come with a small inconvenience though. We need all parents to register themselves and children with the new site. Please go to https://www.sacramentolacrosse.org.app.crossbar.org/ and create a CrossBar account prior to 9/15/2023. Finally, because this is a soft rollout, the new site is not complete. Feel free to look around, but you will not find any schedules yet and some of the resources are not yet finalized.
