Visit this website for news, information, schedules, rosters, game results, directions and much much more. Check back frequently for the latest information about our club.

We offer boys and girls teams from 10U through High School.  Our ability to expand and grow is dependent on the number of volunteers from our supporting parents. There are a number of opportunities to get involved. If you are interested in supporting a team as a coach, equipment manager, field manager, board member, etc. Please let us know.

So Long 2020 Season...

The NCJLA has canceled the remainder of the 2020 season. Based on state and county guidelines it was determined we could not safely complete the regular season.

The Sacramento Lacrosse Board of Directors is in ongoing discussions to determine the most fiscally viable/responsible approach to handling potential refunds to each family.

Sacramento Lacrosse is exploring summer lacrosse opportunities for our players. Obviously, at this point there is no telling what those might look like... only that we want every member of our club to have an opportunity to play some lacrosse this year if they desire to do so. A few of our coaches has voiced a willingness to do a summer practice series with the possibility of games/tournaments. Lacrosse Fanatic is attempting to put together some sort of local summer league, but nothing can be finalized under current circumstances.

Be on the lookout for updates in the next few weeks.

In the meantime, we hope your players are finding opportunities to get out and do some wall ball, practice ground balls, play catch with you or a sibling, practice cradling, anything to be active and keep a stick in their hands. There are literally hundreds of at-home practice/drill videos that have been published to social media by professional players and coaches over the past few weeks. Not to mention the thousands that were already out there.

  • Boys can look for videos by Paul Rabil, the Powell Brothers, Mikie Schlosser (from Davis) and the PLL (Premeir Lacrosse League)
  • Girls, look for videos from Taylor Cummings, Kylie Ohlmiller, Marie McCool and Dana Dobbie as well as ILOVELACROSSETV and many of the PLL videos would apply to girls as much as boys.
  • NCJLA has links dedicated to keeping lacrosse players busy... Lacrosse Season Intermission Survival Guide

Thank you and most importantly stay healthy and safe.

Big Thank You to All of Our Sponsors.

We'd like to thank the SacLAX sponsors who as part of their donations were all represented on the cool practice shirts that were distributed during the final of practices before we were forced to shut down. Please wear these shirts proudly as a show of support to these local businesses who were willing to support our club. Because of these unfortunate circumstances, the board has decided that all of these sponsors will be automatically rolled forward and are all considerd supporters of our 2021 season.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor... or know someone who might be... please contact our awesome Fundraising Coordinator: Nicole Alyanakian to receive more information.

Thanks again sponsors!

Your Amazon purchases can earn money for Sacramento Lacrosse

Sacramento Lacrosse has set up an Amazon Smile account. If you use the following link (https://smile.amazon.com/ch/45-3540220) whenever you want to navigate to Amazon, Sacramento Lacrosse will receive a donation from Amazon for .5% of all eligible purchases. This doesn't cost you anything extra, its a way for Amazon to donate to charities. So please follow this link, and bookmark it in your browser. Then whenever you need to place an order with Amazon use this link rather than going to their regular site. Finally, just shop as you normally would. Amazon will do the rest. And Sacramento Lacrosse will get a small donation. But those small donations add up. And by the end of the season, we can have a nice little check that helps us with our mission to grow the game of lacrosse in the Sacramento area.
